We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. UPS is closed weekends and holidays, so this is not always possible. We will send you an email as soon as your package is shipped. You can find out how long it will take for your package to arrive by entering your postal or zip code below.
UPS Standard Ground services are available for addresses within the lower 48 states and Canada while their Expedited and Express services are available for all 50 states.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APOs/FPOs, and other addresses not deliverable by UPS must be by sent another method, usually the Postal service.
We also ship to most countries in the world. Please contact us at
service@b-quiet.com if you would like your order shipped to any of these locations.
If for any reason you're not
satisfied with your purchase, just send it back for a full refund (minus
shipping/handling). Due to the weight (and
consequently the freight costs) associated with our products we offer
samples of our products if you're unsure about what
you're ordering.
